I would recommend Rachael to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a true professional--at each house we visited, she had a printout of the listing and comps in the area. She had taken time before our appointment to familiarize herself with the property to ensure it met our needs.
She knew when to interject her experience/knowledge and when to let my husband and I discuss our opinions. She remembered what was important and delivered on those needs time and time again.
Also, Rachael is friendly and personable making house visits effortless

Wow, where to begin!? Our home buying experience was probably more atypical than most--haven't bought many homes, so there is that. My wife and I encountered so many obstacles and tried multiple lengthy avenues of loans, types of homes--fixer uppers, move in ready, lake style, ranch, etc.--and on again off again searches. So much so that any one person would absolutely have the right to say they did not wish to work with us anymore. In fact, one would probably recommend us for an extended stay at Graystone! Not Rachael. She was always there, always eager to help, always looking out for our best interests, and most importantly to us, always with a happy and positive attitude. We absolutely adore her and her professionalism. If anyone should be so inclined to, at the completion of reading this review, to entrust Rachael with quite literally the largest investment of your life, one would have made a wise decision.
